At Midwest Venture Fund our mission is to identify and execute on recession resilient high yield assets specifically in the Midwest Market.  Every principle of Midwest Venture is personally invested in the fund. The team plans to leverage the combined 90+ years of Real Estate experience and long-term banking and deal sourcing relationships on behalf of our partners and investors. We aim to provide maximum risk-adjusted returns while protecting our investors’ capital. Our focus is on projects in the most stable Real Estate economy in the country through buying and building the most stable, recession proof asset classes in the country; namely Multi Family, 55+ Active Senior Housing and Storage.
