The local market has a tremendous need for quality senior rental housing and Harmony Meadows is now fully planned and approved for just such a development. Much like other senior housing projects previously developed or under development by the principals Harmony Meadows will be a first-class development that we expect to have largely pre-leased before construction is even complete.
