Deer Run Cottages

Similar to Harmony Meadows, principals of the Fund purchased the Deer Run Cottages ground in Warrensburg, Missouri with the intent to fulfill a growing demand for quality senior rental housing. The development has been fully approved by the City and is “shovel ready”. The intent is to construct another first-class senior development that meets the needs of the community at a price point that should allow for an excellent return on investment. This project is consistent with management’s strong belief in the short and long term viability of the senior housing market in communities throughout the Midwest.
