This small office complex sits directly adjacent to the Liberty middle school and Liberty community center, soccer fields and community pool. This deal was purchased from a mid-sized regional bank that had taken over a smaller bank, which had foreclosed on the developer prior to failing. This deal was also made possible due to a long standing relationship. Prior to marketing the complex, the broker for the bank reached out to us first to review the numbers.  Due to outstanding performance on other deals, the selling bank was very interested in keeping the note on the property so offered us below market financing due to excellent financials and the under market purchase price.
