Dan Kramer

Dan has over 27 years’ experience in commercial and residential site development.  Dan brings a broad array of project management and business development experience through his many years owning and operating a site development and excavating company.  Included among his many projects are many residential neighborhoods, commercial retail, hotels, casino developments, gas stations, municipal work and state and federal improvement projects.

Dan owns and operates a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Construction Consulting & Business Development company.  Dan provides construction experience and consulting, working alongside ownership to support all key project stakeholders, by developing project schedules, budgets, identifying risks and offering cost-effective solutions in all stages of the construction project.  Dan provides support to the project stakeholders in estimating and subcontractor buyout, supporting the RFIs and submittal process, and providing communication and record keeping among the entire project development team, including the architect and engineers.
