Steve Thorne

Kansas City native, Steve Thorne, Co-Founder of Paradigm Direct has built a 30 year career in the Financial Services sector. He started his first company in 1996 and over the next 18 years oversaw the expansion of the organization from one division with a single core competency in direct sales to a vertically integrated publishing and marketing company. Over the next 10 years Steve grew the company to annual revenues in excess of $100 million with 500+ associates and offices in 4 states. The company managed a large client base of both private and public companies and in 2014 Steve orchestrated the sale of all but one of the company’s divisions to the firm’s largest client. At that time the remaining divisions of the company rebranded as Paradigm Direct and focused its Publishing and Direct Response expertise exclusively in the financial services arena to reflect its mission of helping small business owners and entrepreneurial minded families change the way they think about investing, taxes, estate planning, and insurance.

Steve has had the good fortune to partner with Elite Financial Experts such as Charles Payne from the Fox Business Network, Jon & Pete Najarian from CNBC, Chicago based Zacks investment Research, Real Estate experts Dean Graziosi, HGTV star Tarek El Moussa and A&E network hosts Scott Yancy and Dave Seymour.

Through partnerships like these, Paradigm has built and marketed world class investor educational services ranging from Stock & Options Trading, Dividend Services, Insurance and Annuities as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate Investing. In addition more than 200,000 clients have chosen Investor education services powered by Paradigms team generating over 2 billion dollars in sales.

Recognized as one of the top Direct Response Marketers in the Financial Services industry he has acquired broad expertise in the development of systems and strategies to enhance returns and execute risk mitigated alternative investments.

Using his core business, banking and personal relationship networks, Steve has built a high performing personal portfolio consisting of multi family, commercial and ground up development projects.

In addition, Mr. Thorne is the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Platinum Payment Services, a boutique merchant processing company serving over 3000 businesses. He also Co-Founded Midwest Venture Fund, a real estate fund specializing in Development projects in the Midwestern United States. Steve has been married to his wife Kim for 33 years. They have 4 children, 3 grandchildren and live in Kearney, Missouri. Steve and his family are actively involved in charity work, particularly organizations that benefit children with special needs.
