Crackerneck West Retail Development

 A 10-acre commercial development situated at a major highway intersection in the eastern suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri and anchored by a Main Event family entertainment center. Through the use of a public community improvement district and a sales tax reimbursement agreement both negotiated with the City of Independence, Missouri by a principal of the Fund we were able to overcome site development obstacles and costs and turn an otherwise unprofitable project into a market return and put non-productive property to use for the benefit of the developer and the community.
