A Class A, 40 acre, ground up retail power center development anchored by national credit tenants including Hobby Lobby and Marshals costing over $35 million and located in a small Midwest market. The project was made possible through the expertise of one of the Fund principals who secured approximately $10M in public incentives to dramatically reduce the developer risk and drive substantial profits that would not otherwise have occurred.
